Was forced to do something at home due to having to wait for the HVAC repairman to do the annual service check.  And then he came before I was really ready to call it a wrap, but long after I felt like going to the gym after he left.

Oh well…

  • 10 (ea. arm) clean and double press (KB79)
  • 10 (ea. arm) double clean and single press (KB79)

Nothing to write home about, but that’s simply all I felt like doing today.

Note on 05.15.2012: This workout actually led me to be a little more sore than I had expected it would.
